Openings, closings: Purple Bean, Gusto and more

► Moved: The Purple Bean Cafe has moved from its trailer at East 11th and Lydia to set up its breakfast sandwich and coffee shop inside the Victory Grill at 1104 E. 11th St. 820-9707, www.thepurplebeancafe.com. Hours: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday. 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
► Open: Corner Bar, a wood-and-stone renovation of a service station at 1901 S. Lamar Blvd. at Mary Street with a full bar and paintings of Austin music icons like Townes Van Zandt, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Willie Nelson. Open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, noon to 2 a.m. Saturday-Sunday. Pizza delivery available from Austin’s Pizza next door.
► Open: Gusto Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar at 4800 Burnet Road at the former site of La Sombra. 458-1100, www.gustoitaliankitchen.com. Open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday. 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday. 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.
► Open: The Wine Cellar Bee Cave, a wine shop at 12101 Bee Cave Road, Suite 5D. 263-7369, www.winecellarbeecave.com. The shop carries an international selection at retail prices along the walls, but the real magic happens on display racks in the center featuring unique or exclusive labels. Every bottle there is priced the same: $14.79, including the $27 French cremant I picked up. Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
► Closed: Portabla, the sandwich and salad shop at 1200 W. Sixth St.
► Closed: Red House Pizza, the Italian arm of the El Chile bloc on Manor Road that includes El Chile, El Chilito and Flat-Top Burger Shop. In a press release, Red House owner Carlos Rivero said the property at 1917 Manor Road had been sold and that the group is looking for a new home for Red House. The press release says the property was sold to the operators of Moonshine and Hopdoddy.
► Closed: The Frost Bank location of the McCormick & Schmick’s seafood restaurant, 401 Congress Ave. The restaurant’s location at the Domain is still open at 11600 Century Oaks Terrace. 836-0500, www.mccormickandschmicks.com.
► Closed: New Oriental Market and the Korean cafe inside it at 6929 Airport Blvd. A sign on the door directs people to the new Hana World Market at 1700 W. Parmer Lane. 832-6606.
► Under construction: Henri's Cheese and Wine, which according its Facebook page will be “a cheese, specialty grocery, and sandwich shop during the day, and transform to an energetic wine and beer lounge in the evening.” Next door to Barley Swine at 2026 S. Lamar Blvd. 466-7933.
► Under construction: A West Lake Hills location of Blue Dahlia Bistro, the shaded vegetarian-friendly cafe on East 11th Street. The new location is scheduled to open in April at the former site of the Wild Wood Art Cafe at 3663 Bee Cave Road. A note on the door says Wild Wood hopes to reopen in February at 3005 S. Lamar Blvd.
► Under construction: Chen Z, a hot-pot and noodle bar at 2700 W. Anderson Lane in the same shopping center as Cover 3 and Chipotle.
► Under construction: A second location of Your Mom’s Burger Bar at 5001 Airport Blvd. at the former site of El Dorado Meat Market next door to Tamale House No. 3. www.eatatyourmoms.com.
